Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly target in the assigned store
  • Advising the customers about our products, promotions, warranty & guarantee as per the policy of the company
  • Ensure that customers are attended properly while choosing frames and lens
  • Focus in generating multiple sales from the customers
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Responsible for Daily Stock tracking activities
  • Proper Maintenance of the Stock tracking registers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Ensure the store is clean and well maintained
  • Handling the cash transactions of the store and handling the systems
  • Supervise and maintain proper condition of all equipment, fixtures, and machinery in the Store.
