Job Description

Prepare and present monthly MIS:

• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.

Accounting & Controls:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including AR, AP, payroll, and treasury management
• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting policies.
• Accounts and Balance Sheet Finalisation

Key Areas:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
• Conducted bank reconciliations and oversaw cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP) and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis to monitor financial performance.
• Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, tax) and provide necessary support for the smooth completion of audits.
• Maintain fixed asset register and handle depreciation accounting.
• Support in year-end closing activities and other finance-related functions.
