Roles and Responsibilities.
1.We’re seeking a qualified Deputy Zonal Sales Manager who can drive the team of 8 to 10 TSMs under them.
2. Deputy Zonal Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong Field Team.
3.The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Qualification
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development.
2. Should have managed larger teams on the ground.
3.Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager, >4 year of experience in Sales.
4. Should have minimum team size of 10-15 TSM in various locations(Territory Sales Manager).
5.Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment Strong work ethic and communication skills.
6.Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.
7. Only Immediate joiners are preferred.
