Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
- Organize meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Prepare and monitor sales reports, targets, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be highly valued
