Job Overview
Expertia AI is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leadership executive to lead and enhance our hiring strategies. This full-time position is based in California City and requires a minimum of 10 years and up to 30 years of relevant experience. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our workforce and organizational growth at the executive level.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven record of designing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies.
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, enabling the anticipation of staffing needs and proactive talent pipeline development.
- Demonstrated capability in recruitment analytics to assess hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of HR technology with a history of successful adoption and integration of recruitment and talent platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate cross-functionally and build influential relationships at all organizational levels.
- Successful track record in executive search, identifying and attracting top-level leadership talent across diverse functions.
- An analytical approach combined with strategic thinking to align talent acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
- Employer Branding (Mandatory skill) – recognized ability to position the organization as a top employer and attract quality talent to sustain growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and refine end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-quality candidates across executive and specialist roles.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Expertia AI as a premier employer in the market.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR partners to align recruitment strategies with organizational workforce planning and business goals.
- Utilize and implement advanced HR technology and recruitment analytics tools to streamline hiring processes and measure key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure efficient, transparent, and proactive talent acquisition support.
- Oversee executive search processes to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber leadership talent for business-critical roles.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support policies that foster an inclusive workplace.
- Drive continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function through process optimization, technological innovation, and adoption of best practices.
