Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SDET 3 to join our dynamic team at Expertia AI, located in Bangalore. This full-time, mid-level position demands a professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience, with a focus on ensuring top-notch quality in software testing processes and contributing to our innovative tech-driven recruitment solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in REST API Testing is mandatory, as it’s crucial for validating backend services and ensuring data integrity.
• Strong knowledge of JUnit which is essential for writing repeatable tests and improving code quality. (Mandatory skill)
• Java proficiency is mandatory, as it is the primary language for developing and executing test scripts.
• Proficient in Selenium for automating web applications, which enhances the testing efficiency and coverage.
• Experience with TestNG for running complex test configurations and managing test cases efficiently.
• Expertise in designing automation frameworks which are vital for creating scalable and maintainable testing environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests and support development and operations processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support seamless software development and delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and other testing tools to ensure software quality.
• Execute REST API tests to validate data transactions and backend services, maintaining data integrity across platforms.
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies in alignment with project requirements.
• Continuously enhance testing frameworks to support expanded test coverage and higher reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to uplift testing standards and practices.
• Work closely with development and product teams to identify quality challenges and support iterations.
• Monitor application stability and performance through consistent regression testing and result analysis.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to integrate tests and streamline deployment processes enhancing overall delivery pipeline.
