Enterprise Sales - B2B HR Tech - Assistant Regional Manager/Regional Manager Sales

We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals for multiple domestic and global sales positions. The position is remote for talented and driven candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify business leads looking for HR tech solutions.
• Give product demos and educate the customer about the platform's features and pricing.
• Send a commercial proposal, post capturing the prospect's business needs.
• Respond to customer queries via email, chat or calls during business hours.
• Maintain a great relationship with clients with an attitude to help.
• Collaborate with the team members to achieve targets collectively.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and target reports in CRM.
• Hire, groom, and manage a team of sales associates in a region. 
• Work with CXOs to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to network with decision makers at all levels
• Plan, attend, and represent the company at promotional events.
• Understanding of the human resource function.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in HR Tech
• Proven track record of target achievement
• Superior communication and negotiation skills
• Experience scaling businesses worth $5 million to $10 million.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• experience in managing the HR Tech Sales Team.
