Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience of 10-30 years in production environments, with a strong record of technical proficiency and leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in health and safety protocols to ensure compliance and safe workplace practices. (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive ability and certification in cranes operations, including routine handling and critical lifts. (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of equipment calibration, with the ability to maintain accuracy and reliability of production machinery.
• Proven experience implementing and conducting preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
• Solid foundation in quality assurance methodologies, contributing to consistent product excellence and adherence to standards.
• Proficiency in PLC programming for the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and drive efficient solutions within deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate production equipment, including compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Conduct routine cranes operations while ensuring all safety protocols and operational procedures are strictly followed.
• Perform precise equipment calibration and maintain detailed records to ensure the optimal performance of production machinery.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance tasks to maximize production uptime and mitigate unexpected failures.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of product standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing production delays and collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
• Utilize PLC programming skills to set up, manage, and fine-tune automation systems for efficient workflow management.
• Participate in audits, safety drills, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and compliance mandates.
