Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, and working with a modern tech stack. You will be responsible for building scalable and reliable systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance and security of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Python for the back end and React.js for the front end.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, specifically PostgreSQL, for performance and data integrity.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, and others.
• System Integration: Integrate and work with large-scale data processing systems using Apache Hadoop and real-time data pipelines with Apache Kafka.
• Performance Optimization: Write high-performance microservices and APIs using Golang.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, participating in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• BE BTech M.tech MCA Comp Sc
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python and Golang.
• Front-End: Expertise in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc.).
• Back-End: Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Cloud: Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Big Data/Streaming: Practical experience with Apache Hadoop and Apache Kafka.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience using Agentic AI systems for software development.
