Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at Expertia AI. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our innovative AI-based products and solutions to potential customers in the real estate industry. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a New Home Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and the latest market trends
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our AI-based products and solutions
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the real estate industry
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including real estate agents and developers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns
- Make high volumes of warm & cold calls (mostly warm leads)
- Attend qualified leads by meeting clients, where you will present tailored investment property options.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager.
- Develop rapport and get to know the client and finding out about their goals and vision for the future.
- Contact the prospective clients referred by our call centre and social media channel which are allocated as per organization’s marketing initiative.
- You will be responsible for relationship management, assisting your clients through the decision-making process, and follow up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post sales.
- Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.
