Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Expertia AI. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in key technologies. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in developing REST APIs (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless communication between server and client-side applications.
• Strong proficiency in using React (Mandatory skill) for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Solid experience with SQL (Mandatory skill) for managing and querying relational databases effectively.
• Proficiency in TypeScript to ensure type safety and efficient code maintenance for large-scale applications.
• Experience with NoSQL databases to handle unstructured data and ensure flexible data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for automated testing, deployment, and integration ensuring swift delivery cycles.
• Understanding of microservices architecture to develop scalable, independent modules within the larger system.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Proficiency in the MERN stack to ensure full stack development capabilities with JavaScript technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications, ensuring responsive, high-performance user experiences.
• Design robust, scalable back-end services and REST APIs to power our recruitment tools and services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging and user-friendly front-end features using React.
• Implement and optimize database solutions, maintaining data integrity and performance using both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of microservice solutions for improved scalability and maintainability.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
