• Quality Assurance: Experience in monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality to ensure compliance with company benchmarks.
• Vendor Management: Strong ability to evaluate, negotiate, and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Solid understanding and implementation of food safety, hygiene, and occupational health regulations to create a safe environment.
• Cost Control: Ability to analyze operational costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality or guest experience.
• Menu Planning: Experience collaborating with culinary teams to develop and optimize menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
