This is a mid-level, Field Sales Dental position based in Ada, requiring 4–6 years of relevant experience. The role is hybrid and full-time with contract options, centered on driving dental product sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the designated territory.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): proven success building and nurturing strong, trust-based client relationships in a sales environment.
  • Solid knowledge of dental products, including staying updated with the latest advancements, trends, and competitor offerings in the dental market.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting effective product demonstrations, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of dental practices and professionals.
  • Strong B2B sales background with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the healthcare or dental sector.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, and generating detailed reports for internal review.
  • Expertise in territory management, including strategic planning to optimize coverage and maximize sales opportunities in assigned regions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with dental professionals and purchasing decision-makers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive field sales of dental products and solutions by identifying, qualifying, and converting B2B opportunities within the assigned territory.
