  • Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in field sales within the dental sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and account growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of dental products, technologies, and market trends, enabling effective client engagement and solution presentation.
  • Advanced lead generation skills to identify, contact, and nurture potential clients across assigned territories, contributing to sustained sales pipelines.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, combining analytical data review and market insights to predict quarterly and annual achievements reliably.
  • Strong key account management abilities, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and ongoing customer support to maintain loyalty.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in territory management (Mandatory skill), ensuring optimal coverage, prioritization of sales activities, and resource allocation.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches (Mandatory skill), from market entry strategies to post-launch analysis and client feedback integration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ensuring clarity and confidence in all client-facing interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of dental products within the designated territory, achieving established targets and supporting strategic company growth initiatives.
  • Implement advanced territory management strategies to maximize area coverage, identify high-potential prospects, and ensure effective customer engagement.
  • Lead the execution of new dental product launches, coordinating with marketing, operations, and clinical teams for market entry and ongoing promotion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, regularly engaging decision-makers and stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads, utilizing market research and field intelligence to build a robust sales pipeline and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports, communicating trends, risks, and opportunities to management for data-driven decisions.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on dental product benefits, features, and integration, facilitating informed purchasing decisions and high client satisfaction.
