- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in field sales within the dental sector, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and account growth.
- Extensive knowledge of dental products, technologies, and market trends, enabling effective client engagement and solution presentation.
- Advanced lead generation skills to identify, contact, and nurture potential clients across assigned territories, contributing to sustained sales pipelines.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, combining analytical data review and market insights to predict quarterly and annual achievements reliably.
- Strong key account management abilities, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and ongoing customer support to maintain loyalty.
- Demonstrated proficiency in territory management (Mandatory skill), ensuring optimal coverage, prioritization of sales activities, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record of successful product launches (Mandatory skill), from market entry strategies to post-launch analysis and client feedback integration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ensuring clarity and confidence in all client-facing interactions.
