Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive at Expertia AI for a full-time position. Based in Pune Division or Bangalore Urban, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and a passion for working in a fast-paced HR Tech environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) environments as it is essential for this role. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in using CRM software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data. (Mandatory skill)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, vital for data analysis and reporting tasks. (Mandatory skill)
