About the role

As a UI/UX designer, you will have a key role in our development cycle for new and existing products. You will be part of all phases of the design lifecycle, from idea conception to interface design, execution, and user testing. Be familiar with product specifications and user psychology. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings. Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and low and high-fidelity mockups around customer needs

You will work with a varied team of developers and be involved in the entire development lifecycle. You will collaborate with the team of developers on the implementation of our new features for our existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements
• Hands-on designing and creative skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
• Understand the brief from the team and come out with out-of-the-box ideas
• Plan and illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, style, and related aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 2+ years of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools like Figma
• Well-versed with computer skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
• After Effects is a bonus!
