They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Required Skills:
Prior experience delivering customer services or managing guest experiences.
Operational efficiency, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask.
Experience planning, troubleshooting, and following things through until they are fixed.
Proficient with various operations and payment tools such as Concur or Ariba.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite.
