Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team at ExlArise Software Solutions LLC. As a SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP software solutions for our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a SAP ABAP Developer
• Strong programming skills in SAP ABAP, including Smart Forms, SAP Script, and User Exits
• Experience in SQL Trace, SAP Runtime Analysis, and Debugging ABAP
• Good knowledge of SAP tables, fields, domains, and creating search help
• Working knowledge of business add-ins (BADIs), data interfaces (RFC, ALE, IDOCs), BDC, BAPI, BDT, and LSMW
• Familiarity with SAP development tools and programming techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand and analyze business needs
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and develop solutions to fix issues
• Create technical specifications and documentation for software development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and applications
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve SAP-related issues
• Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP technologies and trends to continuously enhance skills and knowledge
