Responsibilities:
Organic SEO: Craft and implement a robust SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility and traffic. The strategy should specifically focus on driving inbound leads through blogs and well-optimized landing pages. Perform in-depth keyword research and SERP analysis to uncover opportunities for content creation that target potential leads. Optimize on-page elements and metadata of blog posts and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and user engagement. Coordinate with content teams to guide keyword-rich content creation tailored for audience engagement and SEO best practices. Regularly audit the website and SEO practices to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with web developers to ensure that the website is built and maintained using SEO best practices.
Paid Advertising (Google Ads): • Design, plan, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including search, display, and retargeting strategies. • Monitor budget allocation and performance of paid search campaigns, making adjustments to optimize spend and maximize ROI. • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to refine ads and improve conversion rates. • Develop detailed reports on campaign performance, including analyses of click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Present actionable insights to stakeholders. • Stay updated with new PPC trends and tools, applying best practices to ensure competitive advantage in paid search strategies.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in SEO and Google Ads management. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute SEO strategies that lead to measurable growth in organic search performance. • Extensive experience managing budgeted Google Ads campaigns with a track record of optimizing spend and achieving significant ROI. • Proficiency in using SEO and PPC tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google AdWords) to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
