Exceleur Services Private Limited is seeking an excellent UI/UX Designer, who is passionate about creating amazing user experiences and interfaces across multiple devices. Someone who enjoys solving complex problems using a user-focused approach and putting those solutions into action whilst working in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the stakeholders - the clients, product owner, engineering teams to create an amazing user experience along with the high-fidelity wireframes
• Be able to analyze User Journeys and identify gaps and come up with solutions
• Use common UX approaches - user personas, information architecture, wire framing and prototyping while creating the designs for the system
• Create compelling visual design and interaction design
• Work with design systems to ensure consistency is maintained throughout the product design
• Prepare proper hand-offs for the developer so that the design to development transition is smooth
• Participate in the design team’s process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing and scheduling
• Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Work on documentation as required for the project in JIRA, Confluence, or other tools
• Provide product owners and delivery managers with daily updates of the team via Jira and Slack
• Help the pre-sales team with high level estimates for any new projects
• Proactively communicate with other members of the team and other project leads
• Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organization culture & performance
• A high-level knowledge of working with Photoshop and vector files to create icons if necessary would be a bonus

Key Skills:

• Advanced (1+ years) knowledge of working in the UI/UX industry, crafting great user experiences, and creating compelling user interfaces
• Intermediate knowledge of using a digital design tool such as Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch
• A good sense of creative design
• Knowledge about web and app development to ensure smooth design handovers
• Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of how design systems work
• Strong portfolio to support his/her work

Education and Experience:

• 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer working on designing platforms for web and mobile
• Bachelor/Master in Arts or Engineering or a relevant certification for UI/UX
