This is Requirement:-

• Deep understanding of OOPs, LinkedList, Data Structures, Inheritance, Encapsulation & Abstractions
• Strong knowledge in JavaScript, JavaScript Design Patterns, ECMA 6 onwards
• Strong knowledge of Node JS framework like Express JS / Loopback or any such is required
• Data base Knowledge of MySQL and / Or PostgreSQL or any RDBMS. Knowledge of NoSQL Databases like MongoDB / Couchbase is required
• Knowledge of Source code repository including Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial or anything similar is preferred
• Knowledge of IDE Tools Like: VSCode or any other IDE tool is preferred
• Can create DB Schema along with Data dictionary. Be able to normalise up to 3NF.
• Can handle Exceptions, can produce code level logs, be able to debug the defects
• Ability to develop applications and APIs as per the Technical Document and Requirements given in Node JS, Express JS / Loopback etc
• Demonstrate info-security at the coding level
• Demonstrate knowledge of performance impact of their code
• Agile Estimation techniques
• Basic Task Management & Planning
• Can demonstrate JavaScript best practices
• Can optimize the pages speed and can achieve 90% score in GTMatrix or Google Page Speed

This is responsibilities

• Overall responsible on the Implementation part of the project i.e. Getting things right
• Be responsible to deliver the project assigned by working conjunction with PO, L3 and ADMs
• Break down user stories along with the team to identify technical tasks
• Provide detailed estimates before the start of the sprints. Need to work with the Team to get the estimates
• Proactively pre-plan the sprints to achieve 90+% confidence of delivery
• Preferred if can analyse the User Requirements, NFRs and Technical requirements for the project
• Preferred if can create technical documents as required for the project in Jira, Confluence, or other tools
• Preferred to provide POs and ADMs with daily updates of the team via Jira and Slack
• Preferred to proactively communicate with other members of the team and other project leads
