Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction and Booking Assistance: Contact leads via phone, email. Manage initial guest enquirers, assist with booking.
- Calls and Enquiries: Make calls to potential guests and handle daily enquiries.
- Product/Service Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company’s products or services.
- Sales Support: Assist in proposals, quotations, confirmation, and coordination.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Post Graduates - Sales/Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelors with 2 years of experience
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales or a related role; freshers with strong interpersonal skills, quick learner are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in English, Kannada, and Malayalam.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Quick Learner.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
