The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support. A strong command of Microsoft Excel, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Calendar Management: Organize and manage the Director’s schedule, including setting appointments, arranging meetings, and managing travel arrangements.</li><li>Communication: Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Data Management: Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Excel for various reports and data tracking.</li><li>Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required by the Director, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Meeting Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and prepare agendas for meetings.
