Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Handle sales inquiries and generate leads through platforms like Indiamart and other online platforms.
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and offer product recommendations.
  • Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings and presentations with clients when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
