🎯 Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the front face of our brand, responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their goals, and offering tailored learning solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong customer relationships.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads (inbound and outbound) via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right course or program
  • Drive sales closures through consultative selling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Provide post-sale support for onboarding if needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience

✅ Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (EdTech experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and/or regional languages)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a bonus, not mandatory)
  • Basic familiarity with CRMs and digital tools
