📌 Working Days- Monday to Saturday (Monthly 1 Saturday will be off either 2nd or 4th)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international client communications with excellent spoken and written English.
• Coordinate sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups with international clients.
• Assist in preparing export documentation and ensure accurate verification of export documents.
• Liaise with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain and update client databases, order records, and shipment tracking.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential overseas clients.

✅ Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in international sales and/or sales coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
• Basic understanding of export documentation and verification process.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email correspondence).
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
