π Working Days- Monday to Saturday (Monthly 1 Saturday will be off either 2nd or 4th)

π Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international client communications with excellent spoken and written English.
- Coordinate sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups with international clients.
- Assist in preparing export documentation and ensure accurate verification of export documents.
- Liaise with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain and update client databases, order records, and shipment tracking.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential overseas clients.
β Requirements:
- 1β3 years of experience in international sales and/or sales coordination.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
- Basic understanding of export documentation and verification process.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email correspondence).
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
