Ops Coordinator:-
· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
· Resolving Operation complaints quickly and efficiently.
· Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
· Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
· Maintain and preparation of MIS Report
· Communicate with Hub & Branch to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
· Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
· Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
· Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
· Maintain the POD copy
· Follow the Company SOP
· Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
· Addressing and resolving DEPS cases
· Liaising and negotiating with vendors and courier partners.
· To maintain and manage harmonious relationships with the vendors.
· Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
· Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
· Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
· Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
· Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
· Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
· Monitor courier performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve delivery time and cost.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
· Perform any other related tasks as required.
