Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Executive to join our team at Ethics Group of Companies. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient order processing. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job is based in Cochin, Kerala, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
• Knowledge of last mile, first mile, and mid mile delivery operations
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Experience in managing a team of delivery executives and bikers
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in logistics operations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Manage the last mile, first mile, and mid mile delivery operations
• Supervise and train a team of delivery executives and bikers
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
• Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators
• Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency
• Resolve any escalated issues or customer complaints
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management
