JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for Sales Co-Ordinator who can ensure smooth sales operations by managing orders, sales team co-ordination and sales support.

Job Duties:

• Handle incoming orders, ensure accuracy, and timely processing.
• Generate and distribute monthly dispatch and collection reports via email to stakeholders.
• Prepare and send emails for Cheque Deposit notifications.
• Compile and transmit ledger statements to Dealers and Customers.
• Facilitate order placement processes efficiently.
• Assist in opening new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Issue Credit Limit notifications as needed.
• Handle Credit Note (CN) emails promptly.
• Process Goods Receipts (GR) as required.
• Fulfill ledger statement requests promptly.
• Provide timely updates on Outstanding (OS) balances via WhatsApp and maintain Daily Cheque Collection Report.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous sales support or customer service experience highly desirable.
• Experience in building material industry advantageous.
• Ideally 2-3 years similar role experience.
