Qualifications and Skills

Experience Range : 6-10 years

• Extensive experience in integration, integrated risk management, and REST API development (Mandatory skill) crucial for developing secure and scalable interfaces with third-party systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform as a developer, including module customization, scripting, and process automation.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with IRM solutions, with deep understanding of risk management frameworks relevant to large enterprises.
• Thorough knowledge of SOAP web services, capable of designing, integrating, and managing data in complex environments.
• Experience in integration hub for orchestrating workflows and streamlining integrations between disparate technology platforms.
• Certification in Integration Risk Management, which validates your ability to deliver robust risk-compliant technical solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to project success through technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and provide innovative solutions for technical challenges in IT consulting settings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration and IRM solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow to meet enterprise client requirements.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange between internal and external systems.
• Architect and implement complex workflows and automations using integration hub and other orchestration tools.
• Conduct requirement analysis, recommend best technical practices, and deliver proof-of-concept solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure all software solutions adhere to established security and compliance standards, particularly in risk management contexts.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-discipline technical teams to deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
• Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices for integration and IRM solutions within the organization.
