Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at E - Solutions on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis. This role is based in Chennai or Pune and requires up to 10 years of relevant work experience. The role focuses on developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth experience in ServiceNow Development, including configuration, customization, and scripting for optimal platform performance.
• Proficient in ServiceNow platform functionalities with strong troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for developing and implementing complex business logic within the ServiceNow environment.
• Hands-on expertise in creating, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs (Mandatory skill) for seamless integration with third-party systems.
• Proven working experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) (Mandatory skill), implementing ServiceNow risk processes in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience in Service Portal development, including widget creation, customization, and user experience improvement.
• Strong ability to design, develop, and maintain platform integrations (Mandatory skill) using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and other tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions that drive business efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development and customization projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Design, build, and support REST API integrations, enabling seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Implement and optimize IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules to enforce compliance and enable risk-based decision-making processes.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow Service Portal components, enhancing usability and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure ongoing support for deployed ServiceNow applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in peer reviews to encourage team knowledge sharing and maintain coding standards.
