Qualifications and Skills :

Experience - 6-8 years & 10-12 years (Salary will be as per experience range)

• Expertise in conducting load tests using jmeter and developing robust performance testing strategies. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong hands-on experience with Load test methodologies and tools for simulating extensive user loads. (Mandatory skill)
• Familiarity with jmeter as a scripting tool for advanced scenario creation and performance testing automation. (Mandatory skill)
• Thorough understanding and implementation of comprehensive Performance Testing processes in complex IT environments. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in stress testing, enabling identification of system breaking points and ensuring resilience under peak loads.
• Experience integrating performance test scripts into CI/CD pipelines to support agile and continuous release cycles.
• Strong scripting skills to create and enhance automated test cases tailored to diverse system architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of LoadRunner, utilizing it for various performance testing scenarios across applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement load, stress, and performance testing initiatives using industry-standard tools such as jmeter and LoadRunner.
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scripts tailored for performance assessment in demanding environments.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies to technical stakeholders.
• Monitor system resource utilization to ensure scalability, stability, and high availability under varying loads.
• Prepare and present detailed test reports outlining system performance metrics, anomalies, and improvement plans.
• Continually assess, update, and document performance testing best practices in line with evolving business needs and technology trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are met and any gaps or risks are promptly addressed.
