We are seeking a Senior Java Architect to join our team in Hyderabad or Pune. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise as a java Architect (Mandatory skill) with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Java solutions in complex environments.
• Extensive proficiency in Spring Framework (Mandatory skill), including knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and associated modules for backend development.
• Strong background in designing Microservices architectures (Mandatory skill), ensuring services are modular, scalable, and independently deployable.
• Comprehensive experience with overall software Architecture design, defining technology strategy and ensuring frameworks align with business requirements.
• Solid understanding and hands-on usage of Angular for building dynamic and efficient user interfaces in enterprise web applications.
• Demonstrated involvement in Solution Architecture, integrating diverse technologies and delivering holistic solutions in multifaceted IT ecosystems.
• Expertise in Enterprise Integration patterns, incorporating third-party APIs, middleware, and ensuring seamless data flows across distributed systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude along with effective communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design and development of Java-based enterprise applications using best practices and modern frameworks.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure robust software delivery and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee the adoption and implementation of Microservices architecture, driving modularization, reusability, and scalability across platforms.
• Drive solution integration with internal and external systems, leveraging APIs, messaging queues, and enterprise service bus technologies.
• Guide and mentor development teams on best coding practices, tool selection, documentation, and agile methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide architectural insights, and recommend tools or technologies that enhance system performance and reliability.
• Ensure documentation of design decisions and detailed architectural artefacts for ongoing support and knowledge transfer initiatives.
