Qualifications and Skills:



  • Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill): Minimum one year hands-on experience resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently while minimizing downtime.
  • Hardware Installation (Mandatory skill): Proficient in assembling, installing, and configuring desktop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.
  • Windows Support: Ability to install, configure, and maintain various Windows operating systems, including security updates and user account management.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Experience diagnosing and addressing network connectivity problems related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network protocols.
  • Printer Support: Capability to troubleshoot printer malfunctions, handle driver installations, and resolve network printing issues for end users.
  • Office 365: Knowledge of supporting Office 365 environment, managing user accounts, mailbox configuration, and software updates.
  • Software Installation: Comfortable with installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting a wide range of productivity and security applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to address user issues effectively and ensure user satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely desktop support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to internal users both remotely and on-site.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and approved peripheral devices following company standards and policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems, network connections, and enterprise applications including Office 365.
  • Maintain, track, and update asset inventories for hardware and software across user endpoints in the organization.
  • Document support tasks, solutions, and client interactions in ticketing tools to ensure transparency and process improvement.
  • Coordinate with senior IT engineers and vendors for complex escalations, hardware replacements, and warranty claims.
  • Communicate software and policy updates to end users, ensuring all systems remain compliant with security and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct basic end-user training on IT best practices, system usage, and common troubleshooting tips as needed.

Noida: 1+ year experience can be considered but communication should be good.
