Job Description of Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Generating leads.
· Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Must be available for Morning and evening time for parents and student meetings in the fall and spring.
· Communicate with teachers and parents to explain the advantages of our teaching program, learning module, mobile application etc.
· Generate sales growth within schools, tuition classes and other potential market
· Deep understanding of needs and wants of schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and students, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent, College or University diploma preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
· Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and contests to reward outstanding performance and sales

· Can earnupto 25000- 35000/Month
