Job Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager with experience in the IT industry who

can manage the end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee

engagement, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should be

well-versed in IT recruitment, employee retention strategies, compliance, and company

culture building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (developers, designers, testers, project managers, etc.).
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention strategies, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and IT industry standards.
