Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative Graphics Designer to create visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout. They will work closely with the marketing and development teams to produce engaging visuals that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and product packaging.
• Develop branding materials, including logos, business cards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials.
• Work on UI/UX elements for websites and mobile apps (if required).
• Edit and enhance images for web and print use.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of Figma or Sketch (preferred for UI/UX work).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
• Experience in print design and digital marketing assets.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Experience in HTML & CSS is a plus but not required.
