JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced / fresher customer service executive to join our International BPO team in the Australian energy process (Outbound Calling). 

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and experience with the Australian outbound voice process.

JOB CRITERIA :

• Candidate must have a strong grip on English communication ( ONLY ICSE, ISC & CBSE BACKGROUND ACCEPTED ).
• Should be smart and comfortable handling international clients and customers.
• Candidates must be comfortable with the office location (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091) and willing to work morning shifts.
• Age must be between 18-25 years.
• WORK FROM THE OFFICE ONLY.

JOB ROLE :

1. Research, track, maintain and update leads.

2. Make outgoing calls to develop new business.

3. Contact prospects to qualify leads.

4. Provide accurate and timely information to management.

5. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.

6. Fixed morning shifts Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 4: 00 pm

Saturday - 7:00 am to 2: 00 pm

Sunday - Fixed off
