Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting potential leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound/inbound calls & explain products/services

✔ Lead generation via calls and emails

✔ Manage B2B profiles and client relationships.

✔ Conduct market research and achieve sales targets.

✔ Achieve daily/weekly targets

✔ Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Telecalling / Sales / Customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
