Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent OR Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA Finance or equivalent OR CA/CPA with over 2 years of experience 2+ years' professional experience in General Ledger function.

Proven working experience as Accounts and Finance Manager with leadership/team handling skills Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with general ledger functions, financial reporting, month-end/year end close process (finalization of accounts), and preparation of financial statements Hands on experience in balance sheet, profit & loss assessment, budget, cost control and fund flow management Strong understanding on consolidation of accounting principles and procedures dealing with multi entity level consolidations and asymmetrical accounting differences. In-depth knowledge of Indian & US GAAP auditing standards, business processes. Responsible for implementing internal controls and introduce policies to achieve the corporate objectives Possess good communication skills
