Job OverviewEPIV SOLUTIONS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Pune. This full-time position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The role involves engaging in customer service activities and contributing to our expanding BPO services. Successful candidates will have strong verbal communication skills and a command of the English language.


  • Qualifications and SkillsStrong command of the English language to effectively communicate with international clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients over the phone. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven skills in cold calling which involves initiating conversations with potential clients to promote the company's services.
  • Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and address their inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Proficiency in outbound calling to contact existing and potential customers for service information or product promotion.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Good listening skills to understand client needs and provide accurate and helpful responses.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve company objectives and meet targets.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services.
  • Identify customer needs accurately and pitch the relevant service solutions effectively.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and activities in the company database.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide comprehensive solutions to their satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as outlined by the company.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market insights and customer complaints or trends.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of company products and services to remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share best practices.
