KEY ROLES:

• Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels
• Your primary teams would be:
• Planning & procurement
• Warehouse & logistics
• Project execution & management
• You will onboard and liaise with the vendors with regard to pricing & scoping
• You will be responsible for the timely planning of projects to maximize CSAT and unit economics
• You will closely work with other teams like Sales, Designs, Venues, etc to ensure smooth operations across the value chain
• Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & founders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture or design is preferred
• 5 - 10 years of operations experience
• Experience in managing teams of 20+ members
• MBA is a bonus
