Job Description:

· Expert in Python, with web framework (such as Django, Rest, etc depending on your technology stack) and hands-on shell scripting

· Expertise App engine , compute engine pub-sub, mongoDB Database: Mysql or any relational database No-SQL Database: Worked on MongoDB or any similar no-sql data storage( Elastic search DynamoDB)

· Has good problem solving and analytical skills, strong understanding of data structure & algorithms, OOP's, used design patterns and contribute in architecture design development

· Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

· Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Develop solutions to support key business needs.

· Produce high quality code. Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners As a team-member should continuously improve the architecture.

· By providing technical guidance and mentoring to the team and help them adopt to changes as new processes that are introduced.

· What We Are Looking For: Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's/Master s Degree in Engineering [Computer Science/ IT only] 5+ years of experience in application development - Python, Django, GCP, NoSql, REST API

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

Skill sets :

· Expertise in Python and its frameworks like Django, Flask, etc.

· Strong database and frontend skills : Mongo, PostgreSQL, MySQL, leading frontend frameworks

· Comfortable with Linux servers and cloud environments like AWS

· Excellent aptitude in technology, including a proven ability to learn and apply new technologies

· Excitement to solve real world problems with robust technology solutions

· Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, design and implement well- performing, secure, scalable applications

· Solid knowledge in all phases of software development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of high performing engineers

· Design and implement high quality, low latency, highly available, performant applications

· Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

· Maintain existing web applications

· Design and implement large, efficient Databases

· Design and implementation of high availability RESTful APIs

· Performance tuning, improvement, troubleshooting, balancing, usability, automation of applications and APIs

· Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to help determine the best technical implementation methods

· Work collaboratively with PM, UX, QA teams to translate end user requirements to technical solutions, and for the implementation of software features.

Experiance:-3-5 years in handling team
