Job description

ü Project / Client / Team / Client Name –Automation Sales-Siemens product/Panel

ü Level of core expertise required (in yrs) : 1- 6 years

ü Shift Timing required: General day Shift, on field duty

ü Travel / Clientsite – 20% within Maharashtra

ü Basic Essential Professional Qualification required: B.E-ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT/ E&TC OR ADDITIONAL MBA-MARKETING

ü Specialization: Sales of Automation Services

ü Certifications required:

Primary Skills required (60%):

1. Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD-Siemens make, other make also work for this job role.

2. Smart communication skills and technical knowledge to sell the product or give solutions.

3. 2 -5 years sales experience in Automation services industry line.

Secondary Skills required (20%):

1. Confidently sell Automation products, services

2. Good contact in the industry

3. Brings contacts, connects of decision makers of clients.

Essential Attributes, Job Role Competencies (10%):

1. Understand technology, Automation domain.

2. Smart talker.

3. Result oriented to achieve revenue targets

KRAs - Day –to – day tasks:

Sell Automation products/solutions to prospective customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets

Establish / maintain customer and channel partner contacts

Visit prospective customers and provide technical, product information, demonstration and pilot project

Prepare and present product/solution presentation and other relevant information

Prepare response to RFP/RFQ/Tenders

Engage with prospective clients in techno commercial discussions

Continually strive to become more familiar with Automation products and technologies

Provide expert approach/application support to design/execution teams and Partners to meet customers requirements and optimise solutions

Respond to design/execution teams to get requirements co-ordinated and finalised with the customers in a timely and knowledgeable manner.

Business development and marketing support to create awareness about our company to industrial clients.

Supports strategic planning and forecasting. Research, develop and maintain competitive and market information.

Maintain technical competence of company’s products, applications and services.

Post sales follow-up to create outstanding customer value.

Should have Exp PLC knowledge – preferred OEMS - Siemens, or which they have worked.
