Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute SEO strategies aimed at generating qualified leads.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and architecture for high-intent keywords.
• Manage and improve local SEO and Google My Business visibility.
• Apply best practices across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Track performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO dashboards.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to site structure, internal linking, and content.
• Collaborate with the team to align SEO with business goals and customer intent.
• Build landing pages and content tailored for lead acquisition.
• Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on SEO experience with a proven focus on lead generation (in-house or B2B).
• Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, Keyword Planner, and Google My Business.
• Comfortable with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalents.
• Able to work within CMS platforms (especially WordPress) for on-site changes.
• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining SEO reports and dashboards.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO, local SEO, and search intent analysis.
• Analytical thinker with a drive for results and digital experimentation.
