Primary Duties:

• Due Diligence & Deal Implementation: The candidate will contribute to due diligence and manage transaction execution/documentation. Responsibilities include conducting market research, financial analysis, drafting investment memos, modelling, and assisting in deal structuring and negotiation.

• Sector / Market Analysis: The candidate will undertake various research and thought leadership tasks to form and refine the investment thesis and strategy. Staying abreast of industry trends and pinpointing emerging opportunities will be essential.

• Portfolio Management and Implementation: The candidate will collaborate with portfolio companies and assist partners in growing these businesses. This includes supporting the development and execution of strategic plans.

• Fund Operations: The candidate will prepare for annual/quarterly meetings and manage data for internal review processes. Tracking key performance indicators and preparing reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate degree from a Tier-1 institution in India or overseas.
• ⁠Minimum of 2 years experience in a Tier-1 consulting or investment firm.
• ⁠Experience with fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environments.
• ⁠Self-motivated individual with a talent for working in compact teams, possessing strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour, and a results-driven mindset.
