Encap Techno is seeking a talented Zoho developer to join our team. Candidate will provide development and sustainment services both pre and post-implementation. The candidate needs to be an expert in providing Consultation, Implementation, Support and setting up 3rd party Integration of Zoho applications with 3rd party applications.

Responsibilities include working with System Architects and Business Analysts to understand business requirements and solution architecture also, working in an agile development environment.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SaaS, CRM and Integrations with Zoho
• Expert level Experience on Zoho.com
• Solid Experience in Zoho Creator tool
• Experience in working with different Zoho products
• Create custom Zoho apps to automate processes
• Well versed in creating customer portal, HTML page views, creating dashboards, creating reports, embedding forms/reports/pages, email, SMS campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment comprising of cross functional and cross vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines
• Experience in technical roles on at least 4 to 5 full-lifecycle Zoho implementations, with strong expertise in Zoho products
• Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL queries
• Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles
• Strong background with Object-Oriented programming languages, and knowledge of a server
• Experience developing advanced business logic solutions using Zoho
• Comfortable providing time estimates and managing feedback loops.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Driven to rigorously test and refine code to get the design right.
• Monitor and preview implementation of junior developer – code review and best code practices
• Excellent spoken & written English, willingness to work in night shift, interact with clients.

• Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, efficiently in different vertical
• Zoho administration & configuration.
• Zoho deployment experience for development- using multiple Zoho products, VCRM, Zoho Mobile Apps
• Experience developing scalable and performing applications using .NET and SQL Server.
• Ability to work independently and across product teams.
• Exposure to entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application.
• Proficiency in data migration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRM to Zoho.com.
• Experience in systems integration (SSO and Web Services), third party integration , proficiency in integrating calling app
• Design and develop advanced customizations on Zoho.com and Force.com
• Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements & Design documents
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Zoho.com capabilities around Communities, Mobility, Sharing, Identity Management, Integration, multitenant design
• Build and present customized demos using the declarative and programmatic capabilities of the force.com platform;
• Develop high level effort estimates and distribute development tasks to team members and mentor developers towards solution development and successful delivery of project engagement
• Help set technical standards and guidelines for Zoho, and coach developers on reusability, best practices etc.

Running workshops, working closely with client, able to talk about trade-offs e.g. terms of configuration vs customizations

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
