Salary Range:

₹28,500 - ₹40,000 CTC per month(For English and Hindi)

₹25,000 - ₹35,000 CTC per month(For Regional languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ financial goals and provide personalized life insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
• Explain various life insurance products and their benefits to clients.
• Assist clients in completing the required documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on life insurance trends, policies, and market developments.
• Handle customer queries and provide resolutions related to life insurance policies.
• Process and manage policy-related documents and transactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate degree mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the life insurance domain (preferred).
• Experience in ULIP plans is a plus.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. A Fresher with Excellent Communication skills and Experience in the insurance sales domain is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) is an advantage.
• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence), grammatical or pronunciation errors.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus, but training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

• 6-day working week with 1 rotational week off.
• Rotational shifts. Last logout time for females: 8 PM.
• Self-traveling required.
