Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional for a full-time position based in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition. The role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage recruitment processes and support our talent management strategies in line with our commitment to providing exceptional manpower solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment skills (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
  • Talent Acquisition skills (Mandatory skill) with expertise in sourcing and shortlisting candidates suitable for specific roles.
  • Conflict Resolution skills (Mandatory skill) to manage and resolve workplace disputes in a professional manner.
  • Strong Performance Management skills to assess and enhance employee performance in alignment with company objectives.
  • Effective Time Management skills for efficient prioritization and handling of HR tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Interview Scheduling to coordinate interviews seamlessly with both candidates and interviewers.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with department heads and external partners effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing organization while maintaining a focus on strategic HR initiatives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expediate talent acquisition.
  • Foster employee engagement through conflict resolution and by addressing workplace concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate interviews efficiently and liaise with interview panelists for feedback collection.
  • Provide HR support to senior management in human capital analytics and workforce planning initiatives.
