Job Overview
Elite Manpower & Training Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position located in Indore. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing expert support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills and be proficient in CRM software. Candidates should also understand and speak good English communication. Fresher can apply. The position requires 6 days working per week.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Mandatory skill) to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Exceptional multitasking skills (Mandatory skill) necessary for handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and maintaining efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interpret and convey information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience with Zendesk to provide robust customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud to manage and facilitate customer service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to utilize live chat support tools to engage customers, promptly address inquiries, and enhance their overall experience.
- Competence in using Intercom to streamline customer communication and deliver personalized service effectively.
- Proven troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring timely problem resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications through various channels to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring that they receive prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate customer satisfaction and improve service effectiveness continuously.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to suggest solutions and improve the overall customer service experience.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving targeted performance metrics and fostering a positive work environment.
